Our company has been doing business with Modern Sales Co-op
since our inception in 1982.
As a National Sales Agency, with Sales Representatives coast
to coast, we are very well positioned to interface with all of the
MSC Members in Canada, on a very regular basis. We receive tremendous
support from the members, on the lines we represent, hopefully due
in part to the level of service commitment we provide.
Dealing with the management of MSC has been a pleasurable experience
because of their integrity and fairness in their evaluation process
of our Vendor lines. They provide excellent direction and leadership
to their members and to their MSC associates/employees.
Over the years, I have seen principles of MSC members go through
the chairs of the group and the caliber of these members has always
impressed me. They show excellent leadership, interface very well
with MSC management and have kept the group very much on a positive
expansion curve. No matter, big or small as a member, you have an
equal voice in this organization.
Certain companies have flattened out on their growth; but the
diversification strategy deployed by MSC Management to expand into
Heavy Duty, Industrial & Hardware has kept their growth and
membership vibrant. In fact our organization has followed the lead
of MSC by diversifying into new areas as well, in order to best
satisfy the needs of the MSC members.
In summary, when I look at the direction of this organization,
the leadership provided by management in concert with their board
of directors and the support staff they have at their distribution
centers, I would not hesitate to recommend MSC as a very viable
option to anyone seeking an affiliation.

team that is focused on keeping overheads low and using new technology
